Print on Demand (POD) Frequently Asked Questions:
- What is POD?
- POD stands for Print on Demand. All items are custom printed specifically for you. Due to the personalized nature of POD items, there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds available. These items are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by a third-party printer. Orders do not go through me personally. Please ensure you select the correct color, size, and provide the exact shipping address before checking out, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.
- How long are POD fulfillment times?
- For all POD purchases, you will receive an email to track your order once it has shipped. Most items are shipped and delivered within 2 weeks. If buyer inputs incorrect shipping address that causes item to be returned to me, buyer is responsible for covering cost of shipping to be sent out again to the correct address.
- Can I change or cancel my POD order?
- Due to the personalized nature of POD items, there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds available. These items are printed, fulfilled, and shipped by a third-party printer. Orders do not go through me personally. Please ensure you select the correct color, size, and provide the exact shipping address before checking out, as changes cannot be made once the order is placed.
- What is your refund policy?
- All orders are final sale. If you encounter any issues, please contact me within 3 days after receiving your order - refunds or replacements may be available on a case-by-case basis, but i'll do my absolute best to ensure you're happy with your purchase. Please read sizing charts for clothing items carefully and contact us prior to purchase if you need any help.
